On the most recent episode of my illuminating podcast I’m joined today by Sethu Meenakshisundaram, CEO of Zluri. Zluri is a software application management platform. Basically, that means understanding what technologies a company uses and what sort of value they get out of them. Sethu does a much better job of explaining what that means than I do. Hopefully, the abridged explanation I gave is somewhat informative.

Sethu’s story is an interesting one. It sheds some perspective on entrepreneurship I haven’t been able to touch on yet. For starters, Sethu is a family man. So, he is able to provide insight on what taking the plunge into launching a startup while caring for a family is like. The anecdote about how he became CEO is an atypical one. I won’t spoil the details here.

While his journey into the world of software application management as an entrepreneur is only beginning, Sethu is learning rapidly and growing as a leader constantly. He has a unique challenge in that regard. He hasn’t actually met his co-founders in person. Seems like his experience could be a harbinger of things to come for entrepreneurship in a post-COVID world. Interesting coincidence, since Sethu and I have never met in person. We connected on Reddit.

What the Hottest New Startup in Software Application Management is Doing to Shake Things up.

I’m not going to ruin the fun and lay it all out here, especially since I won’t be able to give an explanation like Sethu can. Software application management, after all, is something most people aren’t familiar of. One of the most eye opening parts of this interview was learning just how many applications companies use.
