Here’s my conversation with Chad Woodford.

Chad has worked as a lawyer for companies in Silicon Valley throughout many years, including for Google and Twitter. Besides law, Chad has an educational background in software engineering and philosophy, and he is a teacher of yoga and meditation.

We discuss how to combine a corporate life with spirituality - something I don’t see covered very often - how to stick with a meditation habit, and then we go deep into the rabbit hole of AI, and what it even means to be conscious and human.
