Dr. Paola Lake and Dr. Larry Waterman, retired psychologist, who through the course of his work has dealt with many narcissists and personality disordered individuals take a look at how we can identify traits of a narcissist and have a discussion on the effects on relationships, friendships and workplaces. We explore at how a narcissist maneuvers, why finding resolutions in dealing with narcissism is difficult, and how therapy can be a strong tool in working with a narcissistic individual, and recovering its damaging effects.
