Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It is mainly because we are trying too hard and several examples will demonstrate this. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is. 

In the part 2 segment Spirit wants us to stop trying and not use effort to advance your consciousness. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. For those of you who have been working on themselves reading books on ascension, meditating, using crystals to help with your frequencies to rise...take a breath. You are exactly where you need to be.

Get into the habit of being still in nature, in parks, meadows, at rivers, lakes or ocean and be in that environment as it is a part of you for you to discover. You will only feel you are a part of this vast Earth if you learn stillness. Discover more answers in this podcast.
