Description
With the high price of replacement females, many producers are reluctant to make the investment. This leaves producers with underutilized pastures and extra forage. Adding stockers may be the alternative to provide revenue and utilize forage assets. CSU Extension Specialists Travis Taylor and Scott Stinnett discuss stockers and other possible alternatives to take advantage of extra forage.
