Our first word is 'typhoon', T-Y-P-H-O-O-N. It means 颱風. A typhoon is a very big and powerful storm with strong winds and heavy rain. Another word for it is a 'hurricane'. The opposite would be a 'calm' day. Let’s make a sentence: The big typhoon brought a lot of rain.

Our last word is 'brave', B-R-A-V-E. It means 勇敢的. Being brave means you do something that is scary to help others. A synonym is 'courageous', and the opposite is 'afraid'. Let's make a sentence: The helpers were very brave to work in the storm.
