In this episode we introduced our newest standing segment "Story Time With Running Machine and Rockstar Runner." While doing a Q&A Running Machine revealed what it was like starting out as a young Cross Country Runner and what she would have changed. Meanwhile Running Machine told a funny story about stopping a time trial for popsicles.
