Description

This week, Host Liv Little chats with her great friend, artist and broadcaster Zezi Ifore to speak about growing up in South London, balancing exercise with a busy lifestyle and using movement to turn stress into strength.

They are joined by Nike Well Collective Trainer Edwige Ahonto to chat about her journey from her corporate PR career to becoming a hugely successful MMA trainer, finding your purpose later in life, and finding community in the fitness world.

They discuss how they cope with feelings of stress, societal shame of women’s anger, how we can reframe discourse around it, and the role that movement can play in this. They speak about using boxing and MMA to connect with their emotions and feel empowered.

Join us as we celebrate female fighters, talk about women’s power, and bond over finding community where we least expect it.
