Kicking off the new season of podcasts, we're extremely excited to welcome Brazilian duo, @mumbaata, made up of producers/DJs Lennox Hortale and Pedro Poyart.

With releases on luminary labels such as Get Physical, Dear Deer, D-Edge, Warung, and Re:Sound, they’ve quickly become one of the most respected projects in the electronic music scene in their native Brazil. Mumbaata takes inspiration from various sources including African and Brazilian cultures, electronic music, and Jazz, blending them into dance floor ready tunes and performances that cross cultural boundaries.

The duo was awarded breakthrough producer at the Rio Music Conference Awards 2017 and played at the Electronica Stage in Rock In Rio 2017 Festival.
