He: היה זה יום סתיו קריר, והמזנון בתיכון היה מלא בתלמידים רעבים ופעלתנים.
En: It was a cool autumn day, and the cafeteria in the high school was filled with hungry and active students.

He: על הקירות הסבו חג הסוכות, עם שרשראות נייר ועלי שלכת שהוסיפו צבע ויופי למקום.
En: The walls were decorated for Hag HaSukkot, with paper chains and autumn leaves adding color and beauty to the place.

He: בין קולות הצלחות והפטפוטים התנשאה צליל, נשמע צחוק דק.
En: Among the sounds of plates and chatter, a thin laugh was heard.

He: אריאל, תלמיד קל דעת עם נטייה לשכוח, ישב בפינה והסתכל סביב.
En: Ariel, a lighthearted student with a tendency to forget, sat in the corner and looked around.
