This week on Thoughts Off The Stem, a review of the Superman Movie 2025.My son and I had some guy time over a few days, so of course we had to include a night at the movies. Looking for a little action and high octane superhero violence we figured we'd check out the new Superman.With all the hype surrounding the movie we figured we'd be in for a treat. Can't go wrong with some action, some controversy and a new origin story right?Even though I am admittedly not huge fan of Superman as a character, I am a huge fan of movies. That's what I was looking forward to. A night at the movies doesn't happen that often and it's quite honestly one of the most fun things to do on a Tuesday or Friday night. In my opinion.Nostalgia baby, that's what I'm chasing. The feeling you get when going to the movies on those days really adds a little spice to my life. That's what I did with my dad when I was a kid and I wanted to share that experience with my son.So we were both pretty excited, albeit for different reasons. Either way we were both looking forward to a dude movie night.Join the sesh to find out what we thought of the movie and this new incarnation of Superman.
