- Do they have any areas of specialty and/or interest? Does this match the work your doing or are interested int?
- Ask them what is their approach to supervision?
Check if they are
- Professional.
- Knowledgeable.
- You’re compatible
- Convenient / do they have the availability to mete your needs?
