In a world where DE&I initiatives are more important than ever, it can still be a bit daunting to know how to support LGBTQ+ people in the workplace. From honoring their chosen pronouns to making a safe and inclusive workplace, it can sometimes feel like adding more work to an already busy environment. Instead of focusing on the challenges, finding ways to interact with colleagues that recognize our differences and generate a supportive atmosphere can have a positive impact on the company’s bottom line by increasing productivity and mental wellness.
