Thousands of Sudanese women and children in eastern Chad are coping with severe trauma. The war in Sudan has created the world’s largest humanitarian crisis. Millions have been displaced after facing brutal violence and abuse. With little or no counselling available, many struggle to process their experiences. Al Jazeera visited the Tulum camp in Iriba, where survivors support one another. Women described attacks, family separations and ongoing psychological distress.
