The UN reports that 1.5 million people in Gaza urgently require shelter as winter approaches, with aid deliveries slowed by closed crossings and congested routes. UN officials emphasised the urgent need for shelter materials and essential supplies, while highlighting the limited leverage the organisation has to enforce the ceasefire terms.
