3rd in our series of "Best of" Podcasts we tackle the two way street which is mentorship. Our guest is our CEO and Founder Mark Maloney who was one of the presenters in June of 2015 at Hockey Coaching Symposium in Regina, Saskatchewan. One of key take aways from the event was the importance of mentorship in coaching. But, it came up more than once that there can be a challenge in getting coaches to take advantage of a resource like a mentor. Coaches sign up for clinics and coaching courses, but are we as coaches using mentors enough? TheDrillBook's leader is quick to point out in this conversation that both the mentor and mentee offer each other something pretty important.
