TOXIC SOFTNESS: lacking boundaries, giving in to temptation and neglecting yourself
Description
In today's episode, I share how as a society we've become much too comfortable with "giving ourselves grace". Although I do believe there is a time and place for this, as a society we are becoming increasingly more sick and I believe the lack of discipline is a result of that. Truthfully, we function best with discipline and structure, which is why when we give into every temptation or lack routine, we feel "off". That's a natural feeling of not prioritizing yourself and your health - both of which I'm learning too. I share today's episode to give you a little push (if you need one) and share that I am not perfect with this either! As always, I hope you leave feeling encouraged and inspired to take care of your whole-body health!
