In this episode of the podcast I'm joined by National U20 1500M Indoor Champion, Jack Fenlon. Jack is one of Ireland's brightest up and coming stars in the athletics world for many different reasons.
He has represented his country on a European level and just recently has been granted the opportunity to run at the U20 World Championships. Jack will be joining a long list of very talented Irish athletes who have gone to study and run on a scholarship at the University of Villanova.
Jack and I discuss everything from his training, to how well he is currently running after setting a new 5k PB of 14:01 , why he decided to go to Villanova and in what ways he believes heading to America will level up his running. I hope you all enjoy!!!
