Description

Welcome to our Workplace 2022 virtual forum series, designed to shine a spotlight on some of the key topics impacting on how we work today. This series forms part of the 10-year celebrations for The Art of Work, a consultancy that specialises in helping organisations and individuals navigate the changing world of work.

Across this year we are hosting a series of live podcasts exploring everything from the role of our physical workplaces in the new hybrid working world, the future of workplace learning and how we can better support and value our front-line workers, and much more.

In this episode we turn our attention to the ageing workforce.  With many of the baby boomer generation choosing retirement, particularly post pandemic, what does that mean for the future workforce?  Joined by Jo Lee who shares her passion for the ageing workforce and Jacqueline Jardine-White, a regular contributor to the topic of menopause in the workplace, we explore the benefits, and the challenges, of an ageing workforce and consider how managers and organisations can keep and engage those with extensive knowledge and skills.
