This series forms part of the 10-year celebrations for The Art of Work, a consultancy that specialises in helping organisations and individuals navigate the changing world of work.

In this first podcast we explore the topic of ‘women at work’. In particular, we examine gender inequality, as it exists in today’s workplace. What form does it take? Has the increase in remote working helped, or increased the pressure on women at work? And crucially, what still needs to happen to redress the balance?
