Back at the turn of the millennium Mandy Wong, in difficult circumstances and in need of a career, joined the account management team at TBWA in Malaysia, little knowing that 20 years later she would be announced as President of TBWA\Singapore. 

Since taking the reigns at 'The Disruption Company’ they have won three golds at the 2023 Marketing Interactive Agency of The Year Awards for Creative Agency of The Year, Digital Agency of The Year and Brand & Design Agency of The Year, with Mandy taking home Silver for Agency Leader of The Year.

A few months later Mandy was back in her ballgown at Campaign Asia's Agency of The Year Awards where she and her team bagged three more golds for Singapore Creative Agency of The Year, S.E.A. B2C Marketing Agency of The Year and S.E.A. Content Marketing Agency of The Year
