The Civilian-Military Divide: Supporting Service Members and Their Families
Description
The civilian-military divide has been an unfortunate cultural barrier between American service members’ families and civilian communities for decades. Ryan shares how Blue Star is using human-centered design and new data models to help military families feel the sense of belonging they deserve as they navigate civilian communities.
