Description

The civilian-military divide has been an unfortunate cultural barrier between American service members’ families and civilian communities for decades. As the son of a U.S. Marine, Ryan Callahan, EVP of Digital Innovation at Blue Star Families, found his passion in partnering with sponsors and volunteers to help these families thrive.

Ryan shares how Blue Star is using human-centered design and new data models to help military families feel the sense of belonging they deserve as they navigate civilian communities.
