In this week's chapter, Jared is super pleased with himself after nailing the intro at the 9th time of asking, Bren explains why he was in Greece (again) and there's a lovely Jerry Springer moment at the end. 

The main topic of conversation today revolves around how saying 'I love you' to mates can be uncomfortable. Bren explains that sadness in a good friend's family caused him to reassess this, whilst Jared opens up about how delayed COVID impact has affected social interactions. 

Both realise the importance of improving our mental fitness post the pandemic and how spending time reconnecting in person is hugely valuable.
