With all the noise and distraction out there, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos. Remember that right in the centre, in the eye of the storm is peace and calm.
Amidst seemingly endless cycles of creation and consumption, I'm being called to PAUSE and settle into a much needed season of REST & DIGEST.
This marks the finale of Season 1 of the Reality Hacking Podcast.
I had a BLAST filming Season 1 and I hope you enjoyed being a part of it.
