Whitney, I'm so sorry to hear you and your son are having a rough time. I can hear the sadness in your voice. It gets better. I was in a relationship with a well known figure who turned out to be a narcissist for six months and it damned near killed me. She has a huge following and makes huge amounts of money on the talk circuit. Her fix was Instagram- every 'like' a tiny dopamine hit. When I hear of relationships like this that last for decades my brain starts smoking. How do you survive that?
