A few months ago I had someone ask me to do an episode for new horse owners. She asked me to cover what I would consider to be the basics when it comes to horse ownership. As I have sat in contemplation of this, what I realized is that instead of calling these things basics, I’d consider them more the fundamentals or foundational elements of horse ownership.
