Inspiration:
To celebrate the release of the trailer with the Time Time Time music throughout, I created this cocktail with a thyme simple syrup. This has a warm yet refreshing finish.
Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, pour:
2 oz gin
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz thyme simple syrup
Shake, then strain into the glass
Optional garnish: fresh thyme sprig
