Day: 7: I am becoming my best self. 


We did it! We made it a week. A week of practicing mindfulness, changing habits and creating a path to the best you all with ease!


Today’s journal prompt: Today we’ll take it easy and list out some I am statements. What part of you do you want to celebrate and what parts of you do you want to nurture more? Write a few I am’s… This is who you want to be, mixed with who you already are, even though you might not see it.  Shoot for 10 statements. 




Example:


I am naturally slender


I am at peace with food


I am beautiful


I am strong


I am finding success with ease


I am attracting abundance


I am successful in all areas of my life. 


I am organized. 


I gracefully go about my day with ease, joy and success. 


I am loving & loved. <3
