What made Jet fail despite years of flying and a good service record? Is India a poor regulator of her industries? Should the promoter founder chairman be made somewhat liable for poor management decisions that led to colossal mess? Or it was someone's else fault? TBP will analyse these questions in the series 'The Jet Saga' and would try to initiate discussion on reforms, specifically in civil aviation industry and generally in the corporate world.
