I am so thrilled to welcome back Bonnie Low Kramen from the United States!

Bonnie is a leader instructor in the admin profession and she runs her workshop, "Be the ultimate assistant" workshop where she brings her insights and experience to help people level up and be the strategic business partners they aim to be.

Bonnie is not only a trainer and a friend, she's a mentor and she's the author of STAFF MATTERS, the book she wrote back in 2023 where she addresses the issues of the workplace bringing solutions to build the ultimate workplace, in which the people want to work.

She made also a TedxTalk titled - "The Real reasons people quit" - so Bonnie is a real Expert when it comes to building the new workplace.
