In this episode, I'm sharing a different way to think about the halfway point of the year. If you've been focused on what hasn't happened yet or where you thought you'd be by now, this is your reminder to pause, zoom out, and ask better questions.
Instead of measuring progress by goals alone, I want to invite you to think about who you want to be by the end of the year and how you want to feel when you get there.
This kind of midyear check-in is about recalibrating. It's about aligning your energy and decisions with the version of you you're becoming, not the version of you who set those goals back in January.
