Brian is a respected expert in the recruiting/placement industry and his book will help anyone that wants to network the right way find a new job. I discovered many of the concepts in the book translate extremely well into general business and personal networking too! What a goldmine of information!
Brian writes in an easy to read style about unique networking concepts such as the right mentality for networking, being properly prepared to network successfully, your "Cabinet", your "Sales Company" networking conversations, networking with recruiters and so many other networking topics that I can't possibly mention in a brief review. The book is on point and comprehensive.

I heard about this book from a friend and decided to give it a read as I'm always looking to sharpen my professional skills. Finally someone has elegantly captured the meaning, process and development of an excellent networking regimen. For those that might not be used to using this skill in their daily profession, it gives simple, concise, step-by-step instructions of how to institute a solid networking practice. Very well written and great "conversational" style by the author. Fantastic book that I will keep near my desk for constant reference.
