The Plague Dogs: Friendship and pain
Description
In today's show, I tell you the story of a rabbit and how it led me to understand the feelings and pain of animals, which is one of the themes of today's movie, The Plague Dogs. The 1982 animated adventure is much like its twin, Watership Down, not for those looking for a good time at the movies. When two dogs escape from a research lab, only their friendship can drive them to a better place together.
The Plague Dogs:
Directed by Martin Rosen
With Voices by John Hurt, Christopher Benjamin, James Bolam
