Description

In this episode I talk to Rene Stevens, a Dutch architect and business man who is a true visionary when it comes to buildings as part of a company's or university's identity. He advises companies and educational institutions on how to use the building as a strategic tool to empower employees, increase work satisfaction and performance. Moreover, he believes that each building has its own energetic identity and that buildings can be used to e.g. heal people, increase learning power or awareness. He runs his own podcast, called the E of Real Estate (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-e-of-real-estate/id1472949208) where he interviews experts in the fields on how to improve the learning environment in university campuses.

Rene is constantly curious about learning and expanding his personal horizon. This curiosity led him to spending time with a Guru for almost 10 years, a time where he got to reconnect with himself even more and see the beauty of life from a totally different angle.

Being passionate about meditation he has a very disciplined approach and practices every day. During a Dr. Joe Dispenza week long retreat he had a mystical experience that was recorded during this session. His experience is a great example of the power of the mind and what we are all capable of achieving. This definitely motivated me to get into my daily practice of meditation again.
