The Quiet Courage of Waiting

Waiting is one of the hardest places to stand. It stretches you in ways nothing else does. It slows life down, quiets your plans, and puts you face-to-face with your own helplessness. It's believing that God is not late, even when you feel forgotten. Scripture reminds us, "But those who wait upon God get fresh strength" (Isaiah 40:31 , MSG). Sometimes God slows the pace so He can deepen the roots. Sometimes He withholds the next step so He can heal what the last season bruised. And sometimes He simply wants you close, learning the rhythm of His heartbeat.

If you are in a silent season, hold steady. Nothing is wasted. God sees, God knows, and God is shaping something sacred within you. The courage you show in the waiting will carry you beautifully into what comes next.
