Description

“Does awareness contribute to happinesses?”—Eartha invites us to explore whether developing a keen understanding of our inner life can lead to a more fulfilling state of being. Be open to a discussion which centers on self-awareness as a foundational element for personal growth. During this session, we will explore how self-awareness involves recognizing and understanding one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, which in turn enables us to make more informed decisions, align our actions with our true values, and manage stress more effectively. In essence, when we know ourselves better, we are more likely to engage in behaviors and relationships that promote happiness and overall well-being. Is the happiness an objective frame of mind or a physical response to the awareness of ones thoughts, behaviors, and feelings? This discussion is the first of our dissection experience.
