Description

The Sheperd Role in Christian Leadership IVChristian leaders should not be consumed or focused solely on politics, but must voice the clear opinion through vote to protect flocks, which requires knowledge and discernment. It is dangerous to lead by being naive. The major restoration after Korean war was led by Christian churches, especially by pastors. The restoration of America must come from churches.History shows that even nations ravaged by war can rise again when their people unite with determination and purpose. However, if a society embraces an ideology that stifles motivation and discourages participation, true recovery becomes nearly impossible—unless its citizens actively choose to invest their efforts and energy into rebuilding their homeland. Clarification:April 12, 1971: Anna Chennault met with President Nixon and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger in the Oval Office. While this meeting wasn’t directly about China, it reflects her continued access to Nixon’s inner circle.Kissinger’s Secret Visit to China: July 9–11, 1971: Henry Kissinger, then National Security Advisor, made a covert trip to Beijing via Pakistan. This mission, code-named “Operation Polo,” was designed to initiate diplomatic contact with Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai.Nixon’s Historic Visit to China: February 21–28, 1972: President Richard Nixon visited the People’s Republic of China, marking the first time a sitting U.S. president had done so.Riedel, B. O. (2015). JFK's forgotten crisis: Tibet, the CIA, and the Sino-Indian War (1st ed.). Brookings Institution Press.Hughes, K. (2014). Chasing shadows: The Nixon tapes, the Chennault affair, and the origins of Watergate. University of Virginia Press.
