The Still Point: Coming Home to Centre
Description
After journeying through the four directions of the Soul Compass — East, South, West, and North — we arrive at the centre: the still point.
In this episode, Jennifer invites you to come home to the heart of your own compass — the place where all the wisdom, growth, and transformation you’ve gathered begins to integrate.
Through gentle reflection, soulful insight, and a guided embodiment practice, you’ll explore what it means to live from the centre of change — that quiet space where presence meets motion, and wisdom becomes embodied.
Reflective Prompt:
How are you experiencing your own still point—your calm at the core of movement?
What You’ll Hear:
- The center of the Soul’s Compass is not another direction—it’s the place that holds them all.
- True integration happens when we pause to let change settle in the body and soul.
- The still point is where transformation digests into wisdom—it’s not about control, but presence.
- Transformation is spiralic, not linear; each turn deepens your embodiment of wholeness.
- Stillness can feel foreign after chaos, yet it’s where the gold of transformation settles in.
- You are the center of your own compass—the meeting place of heaven and earth, past and future, being and becoming.
This episode closes the Compass arc — and opens the doorway to the next chapter of Magic in the Muck, where we’ll begin exploring how to listen to the language of the body and live from embodied alignment.
