Your Body Remembers: How Stress, Trauma & Healing Move Through Generations with Anastacia Lundholm
Description
In this intimate conversation, Jennifer sits down with body-mind practitioner Anastacia Lundholm to explore what it really means to come home to yourself through your body. Anastacia shares how subtle sensations become “flags” and then megaphones when we don’t listen, how generational patterns are carried in our nervous system, and why connecting with the body is essential for congruence and choice. She also offers a gentle guided practice to help you ground in gravity, soften tension, and begin a kinder relationship with your own body.
What You’ll Hear:
- The body carries generational stories. Tension, anxiety, and even illness can repeat across family lines when unresolved stress echoes through the nervous system.
- Patterns are inherited — and interruptible. Healing in one person today can shift what the next generation receives, no matter your family structure.
- Somatic awareness builds congruence. Slowing down, noticing sensations, and grounding in gravity help you access choice instead of automatic reactions.
- Your body’s messages start small. Subtle sensations turn into louder signals when ignored — not as punishment, but as guidance.
- A simple touch-and-breath practice can create immediate change. Anastacia leads a grounding process that softens tension and reconnects you with safety and presence.
- Self-compassion is essential. Body wisdom comes in pieces, not all at once. Patience and gentleness create the conditions for real insight.
