I can NOT believe that we are halfway through 2024. It has taken me by surprise and feels like it has gone by fast. Uh...time is tricky 😉

As we dive into the next half of the year take some time to reflect. What intentions did you set for this year? Where are you at with them? Do you need to take time to realign and let go of what may not fit your journey anymore?
