However, it was the public release of Chat GPT in December 2022 that brought the ethics of AI to the forefront of many discussions. The sudden proliferation of AI has surprised many users with its power. People are now coming across numerous reports of ethical issues that have arisen from a variety of sources, not only from Chat GPT, but also from many tools commonly used by individuals and businesses alike.
