Artificial Intelligence has been a subject of ethical concern for many years. However, it was the public release of Chat GPT in December 2022 that brought the ethics of AI to the forefront of many discussions. The sudden proliferation of AI has surprised many users with its power. People are now coming across numerous reports of ethical issues that have arisen from a variety of sources, not only from Chat GPT, but also from many tools commonly used by individuals and businesses alike. 


In this podcast, Urs Muller, Associate Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi School of Management, discusses six categories of ethical issues that frequently arise in relation to artificial intelligence, shedding light on its dark sides while also pointing to its potential for positive change.
