This week on Dream Big, Move Fast, Phil Harris and Josh Phegan explore the three timezones we live our lives in - past, present and future - and what they mean. They discuss how much time they spend in each zone and how that affects them, and what's the most appropriate mix of the three states to get the most out of where we are right now.
They look at the skill of being fully present in the moment, getting more intentional and making time for yourself during the crunch era between the ages of 40 and 50, and they examine the principle of how we use time based on the amount of time we perceive we have left.
