Description

In this solo episode of the podcast I give you all a HUGE update on how both my running and injuries have progressed. Since the team came back together after summer I have been doing both the sessions each Tuesday and Saturday as well as doing 10k+ long runs with them. I'm still doing the stretches and strength work my physio gave me as weel. In this episode I also let you all know how my fitness is coming along.
