Why do they piss us off? Why does even their breathing make us want to strangle them their sleep? The way they leave their undoes on the floor? The way they use the sink as a bin? Why do they annoy us? And you know me, it’s not about them, it's about what it's showing up within us. What we're going to look at today is an energy, a power or force some like to call it - that’s often asleep within women. A part of them that society has trained them out of dwelling in and through tough times they’ve experienced, a part of them that they’ve disowned which impacts how we feel and then how they show up in relationships. With a guided visualisation at the end as always.
