today's my dad's birthday and typically this day is really hard for me. I'll explain. Welcome back to black boy lessons with CAM. So I think this is my first time discussing this on this platform, but a couple of years ago, um, I lost my dad to suicide. And many of you know that I really stressed the importance of mental health awareness, not just because of my dad's story, but because it is a reality of so many people. So when you layer just the internal battles and challenges that many of us go through with everything going on in the world from the recent shootings, two people still experiencing heartache due to covid and so much more it can be a lot. So I want to just share a couple of tips to coping with stressful life and world events that I recently discovered and that is minimizing your time on social media, doing things that are stress reductions such as working out, getting active. Just anything that's going to boost your energy seeking professional help, drinking water resting and so much more but sending you guys love
