Trainee Podcast with Simon Lyne, Ruth Deighton and Jenny Keen
Description
TDDSS (the Trainee Doctors and Dentists Support Service) is a psychoeducation and support service for trainee doctors and dentists in London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.
We sat down for a casual conversation with the three mental health leads for TDDSS, who ran through some of the myths and misconceptions about getting help, and explained a bit about why you should get help, and what the experience is like.
This short episode covers:
- What TDDSS is.
- How TDDSS is confidential
- What TDDSS offers, and how it relates to Practitioner Health
- Information on getting help, and the importance of making the first step.
If you would like to access TDDSS you can do so here.
