The paradox to insight is that it is not found in the mind. Our greatest Insight and Epiphany come when we listen to what our body is telling us. Our feelings, sensations, intuition, instinct, or inner knowing are our wholeness. The shadow here is our Deafness, not listening to our inner wisdom. But we can embrace our Deafness, not to our inner wisdom, but our Deafness to the status quo! Because when we listen to our inner authority we are aligning with the Divine Plan. Our Epiphany is ultimately that it is all consciousness. And al that we know is that we don’t know. That is such a freeing and friendly feeling to have.
