Trauma, Trust, and Triumph—An Interview with Allison Dittmer
Description
058—When trauma strikes, it can leave you feeling lost and afraid. And when you are in the midst of it, it can be hard to see the value of what is in front of you.
In this episode, Mary interviews Allison Dittmer, an outdoor adventurist whose life was met with devastating life challenges, including a ski accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. Allison shares the life lessons that emerged from it and the magical ways the Universe guided and supported her along the way leading to her family’s decision to sponsor two Ukrainian refugees.
This is a story of how trauma can lead to triumph, and an inspiring example of how leading with trust brings out the good in everyone.
