Trump Prosecutor Expected to LOSE LAW LICENSE as Appeals Court Prepares to REVERSE Case Against Trump
Description
Letitia James could soon lose her law license. Rep Elise Stefanik (R-NY) is on a mission. As the court hears the appeal, Stefanik is demanding the NY Bar Association yank Letitia’s license to practice law. The Court of Appeals is hearing Tish James’ wildly stretched case against Trump, and the judges don’t seem too impressed. The five-judge panel has taken issue with her broad application of a consumer protection statute, enacted to protect the public from "persistent fraud" practices. The law was never designed to regulate business between sophisticated parties, such as Donald Trump and his bank (Deutsche Bank). Also at issue, according to the questions from the appelate judges, is the fact that there are no damages in the case. If the court throws the case out on appeal, is there going to be proper punishment for James and Endogan so as to prevent frivolous cases in the future? Could Letitia James and Arthur Endogan face disbarment? Could she lose her license to practice law? Trish Regan explores the issue in today’s edition of the Trish Regan Show. Meanwhile, the VP debate, the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, and new Kamala vs. Trump polls are all on the agenda!
