Trump prosecutor Letitia James and Judge Arthur Endogan could soon find themselves out of work. The Court of Appeals is hearing Tish James’ wildly stretched case against Trump - and they don’t seem impressed. The five-judge panel is taking issue with her broad application of a consumer protection statute, enacted to protect the public from "persistent fraud" practices. The law was never designed to regulate business between sophisticated parties, such as Donald Trump and his bank (Deutsche Bank).

Also at issue, according to the questions from judges, is the fact that there are no damages in the case.
